Meet Quincy
The right person to represent District 1!
A Bit About Me
I was raised in Weirton, and proudly graduated from Weir High. Today, in addition to coaching, I work every day in a public school—because I believe in investing back into the communities that raised me.
I attended West Virginia University, and carried an indescribable pride every time I wore the blue and gold on Saturdays. That pride comes from knowing how hard West Virginians work—not just for themselves, but for their neighborhoods and their neighbors.
I also had the opportunity to build a football career that brought national attention to the Northern Panhandle. At Weir High School, I helped lead the Red Riders to a perfect 14-0 season and the Class AA State Championship while setting a West Virginia record with 47 touchdowns and 290 points in a single season. I was honored to receive the Kennedy Award as the state's top high school football player and was recognized nationally as a USA Today Honorable Mention All-American, a Gatorade Player of the Year nominee, and a Wendy's High School Heisman finalist. I was also ranked among the top 100 high school football players in the nation. Those experiences taught me the value of hard work, teamwork, and representing my community with pride.
I want to take that same grit, determination, and commitment to doing the job right, along with a willingness to listen and learn, to serve my constituents. A vote for me is a vote for improvement, collaboration, a stronger District 1—and a better West Virginia.
